Plant Some Shade Residential Tree Ordering is now ended for the 2011 program. Check back Spring 2012 for information about our next tree sales.
Please remember trees for Fall 2011 must be picked up Saturday, October 8, 2011, between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. at the Hoover State Office Building south parking lot, intersection of E. 14th
Street and E. Court Avenue in Des Moines. If you are not able to pick up the trees yourself, please make arrangements with a relative or friend to pick up the trees for you.
In either case be sure you or your representative has a copy of either the reminder email sent out to confirm your order, or a copy of your receipt from PayPal.
In the event additional trees are available on distribution day, they will be released for purchase at 11 a.m. using a random drawing or until all trees are sold.
Any trees not picked up by 11 a.m. on distribution day will be considered a donation to The Great Outdoors Fund.
Trees are nonrefundable. Exchanges will not be accepted and plant material is under no warranty and/or guarantee.

In exchange for customer participation in this program, the customer agrees that MidAmerican
Energy, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, The Great Outdoors Fund, Polk County Conservation
or Central Iowa Arbor Society shall not be liable, in contract, tort and strict liability or
otherwise, for any damages arising out of the administration of this program. MidAmerican
Energy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any material supplied under this program. |

Iowa DNR-Bureau of Forestry, Polk County Conservation, Great Outdoors Fund and Central Iowa Arbor Society.
